I was born and raised in Southern California and
then attended the University of Texas in Austin and studied journalism. I
enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1984 and served eight years on
active duty as a combat correspondent and military broadcaster for Armed Forces
Radio and Television. After being honorably discharged in 1993 at the rank of
sergeant, I embarked on my Congressional adventure! Serving as executive
assistant and military legislative assistant to two members of Congress on
Capitol Hill was an eye-opening experience to say the least! I can now
confirm that it's truly not good to know too much about how laws and sausages
are made. Then came nearly 20 years in marketing and public relations,
banking, and freelance writing. As a resident of Prescott for more than 18
years, I can tell you with every degree of confidence that I know my market!
If you're looking for the quaint, historic charm of downtown Prescott, the
luxury of Prescott Lakes, the family-friendly convenience of Prescott Valley,
or the acreage and rural delights of Chino Valley and Dewey, I'm here to
help. I have one grown daughter who was born and raised in Prescott and
recently graduated from ASU, and a son-in-law and new grandson whom I adore and
am very blessed to have living just down the street! Right here, in
Prescott, Arizona. Everybody's Hometown.
